Backup and calendar file
A backup is a file you download and keep. It isn't an account backup, and nothing is uploaded to us.
Download a backup
Never included: your sign-in, Your Journey identity, pronouns and support choices, check-ins, and which version of our welcome page you saw.
Restore from a backup
We check the whole file before changing anything. A damaged file leaves your current work exactly as it is.
Calendar file
Choose plans to save as a calendar file (.ics) your phone's calendar can open. It holds only each plan's name and time — no notes, no Compass or Words text. It's a one-time copy: later changes here won't update it, and it doesn't set alarms by itself.
No upcoming plans are allowed in calendar files yet. In Your Time, open a plan and choose "Allow in calendar file".
